Does this sound like I am eating healthy?

Does this sound like I am eating healthy?? I am 15 and not trying to lose weight or anything. I run 15 minutes in the morning for gym class 3 - 5 times a week!!

Yesterday:

1 slice of pizza for lunch

Beef roast, mashed potatoes (that is a veg.), and gravy for dinner

Banana Shake at night (Fruit)

I didn't feel that great yesterday!!

Today:

2 Eggs made into egg salad on wheat toast for lunch (Grain)

2 oreos (140 calories)

BBQ nuts (140 calories)

2 mini frozen pizzas (680 calories all together) for dinner

I might also have a Carmel apple tonight too (160 calories) (Fruit)

PS. I don't count calories but the things that I included calories came from a box where it said how many calories were in it lol!! I also drink Juicy Juice so that is fruit too!!

it sorta, it sounds like you are eating healthy except the pizza and oreos, try some healthier snacks. also, juicy juice because juicy juice is packed with sugar. do not drink it that often, drink 100% percent juice or water, or some drink with not a lot of sugar.

Its not very good. The main thing you need to do is eat breakfast. eat breakfast eat breakfast, eat breakfast, eat breakfast, eat breakfast, eat breakfast, eat breakfast! Did I mention that you should eat breakfast? Without breakfast, you have no kick-start in your metabolism, which burns calories which gains weight. It will also make you feel more awake in school. Even if you only have time for a banana and a drink, that is better than nothing. By the way, don't eat McDonald's for breakfast everyday either. :) Besides that, you should try to cut down on the junk food. Eat healthier snacks. Also, don't eat that pizza every night. Try to have more variety and home cooked meals with veggies and fruits.

Sounds like you are not on the right track. I would not consider that eating healthy. 2 mini frozen pizzas and oreos? Unhealthy!! Try more fruit for a snack and more nutritional dinner, lunch, and breakfast. Take a look at seventeen magazines for more examples of food you can eat and ways to stay healthy. They have lots of good exercises and food supplements. Helps you be healthy.

Wow, so much sugar! You didn't say but I take the shake with fruit had ice cream in it?? Parts are okay but cut the sweets. Fruit is great but not covered in carmel, etc. Raw veggies are good or yogurt. You would also be surprised how much more and healthier food than frozen pizza. They are okay every once in a while but not daily.

pizza is OKAY to have once in a while..like maybe once a week or something. oreos and carmel apple = also unhealthy

why don't you try eating an apple with peanut butter or cheese instead?

if you are trying to eat healthy then i would recommend eating more fruits and veggies and less junk like cookies

hmmmmm… I honestly think you should add more HEALTHIER fruits not effin caramel apple. lool jesus i'm such a hypocrite i NEVER eat FRUITS OR VEGETABLES. but seriously it'll do you good in the long run. you are what you eat..
