It's your bodies warning to quickly go out and but tissues and medicine cause you have a cold coming!!
Sneezing is the bodies natural way to get rid of a foreign substances from the nasal passage, whether a bit of dust, pollen, bacteria, virus etc when the mucous membrane is irritated.
A sneeze is formed by the spasm of the chest and of the pharynx that connects the oesophagus and the nasal cavity. When the nerve endings in the lining of the nose detect the irritating substances, they send impulses to the part of the brain that controls involuntary actions. The brain then sends signals to the chest muscles to squeeze the lungs.
Simply because the respiratory mucosa in your nose loses its stability and becomes more irritable. The next stage is often that it then begins to produce and release more mucous. Both of these symptoms are in fact defensive moves.
people sneeze regardless if they are sick or not.
sneezing is NOT a symptom of a cold.
but a harking mucused filled cough IS a symptom of a cold.
Sneezing occurs when the nerve endings of the mucous membrane of the nose are irritated.
