Most people that are obese dont try to do anything to really reduce their weight. They just belief miracle pills will help them. Get off the couch and start doing some exercise and stop eating so much. I dont say that you will look like a super model, but you will look better, trust me.

best way to lose weight and pretty much the simplest is to just walk more often–if you just go for a walk for an hour or 30 minutes everyday- you will lose some weight with out having to change your current diet—but I would also reccomend only eating red meat once a week and mostly eating all natural foods.

interval training is the best… make sure you eat healthily, there are tons of information in the web, but its best to let someone smarter to make on for your own… its little cost of money in the long run for your health… walking is not good… your body will get used to it very quickly and results will never come… bodybuilding is efficient too
